THE STEVENS STORY
Stevens Property Solutions was founded in early 2025 by Christopher Stevens, an 19-year-old from Sullivan, New Hampshire. The mission was clear from the start: clean up local communities, protect the environment, and build something real from the ground up. Chris saw how junk removal could go beyond just hauling stuff away. It could actually help people, reduce waste, and improve neighborhoods.
He started with just a truck, and a few friends who believed in the same goal. There was no investor, no trust fund, and no family hand-off. It was built from long nights, careful planning, and a lot of hard work. What began as a small idea has grown into a commitment on showing up, doing honest work, and leaving every job-site better than it was before.
Chris runs the business with a group of local friends. Each of them is committed to doing the job right. They show up on time, work hard, and take pride in helping people clear out spaces, remove junk, or deal with tough cleanups when no one else will. It’s a young team, but a serious one.
In the future, the goal is to grow with full-time employees, a dispatch team, and a local base with trucks and dumpsters ready to go. Chris plans to expand into dumpster rentals, routine pickups, storm cleanup, and community junk drop-off events. For now, the focus stays smaller and local – serving Sullivan, Cheshire, Hillsborough, and Merrimack counties with real effort and no shortcuts.
